Do you do sameday delivery?
We do not do sameday delivery. All orders must be placed by 2:00 pm Eastern time for next day delivery.

How are your cakes shipped?
We ship all cakes via FedEx standard overnight. All cakes are shipped frozen on dry ice in an environmentally friendly air liner and insulator...arriving thawed, fresh and ready to eat.

Will I get a tracking number?
We do not do sameday delivery. All orders must be placed by 2:00 pm Eastern time for next day delivery.

Do you personalize the cakes?
We do not personalize the cakes themselves. We do personalize a greeting card that goes in the lime green box! On the second page of the online ordering process, you will be asked to enter your personalized message.

Do you deliver on Saturday?
Yes, we do deliver on Saturday for an additional $15.00 fee.

Do you deliver internationally?
No, we currently do not ship internationally.

I live outside the U.S. How do I send a cake to someone in the U.S.?
Please contact us at 1-888-85-CAKES and one of our representatives will be happy to assist you.

What time of day will the cake arrive?
Typically, using FedEx standard overnight, the cake will arrive prior to 3:00 pm.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
No. The ship to address MUST be a physical street address, not a P.O. Box or APO.

Do you ship to overseas military addresses or APOs?
No, we currently do not ship to overseas military addresses. The ship to address MUST be a physical U.S. street address, not a P.O. Box or APO.
