If you email us via a hyperlink, we collect your first and last name, email address and any content included in the email. (2) For customers purchasing products. If you order one or more of our cakes or other products, we will collect and maintain your name, email address, mailing address, telephone number, product selection(s), credit card number (or check or money order information if using such payment methods while ordering via mail), order number, referring URL, IP address and a password, as well as the recipient's name, address, telephone number and email address. Before confirming your order, you will have the opportunity to review the product order form and make changes and additions to the information it contains and these changes will be automatically kept for future use. If you cancel an order or do not complete an order we may collect and use any email address or other information that you have entered as we would collect and use it if you had completed an order. (3) For those using the Party Online Service. If you participate in our Party Online Service, we will collect the following information from the party planner and the birthday boy or girl: first and last name, email address, birthday. We will also collect the email addresses of any attendee’s you invite to join the Party Online. C. Information Collected Through Technology . We collect information from visitors to the GoCakeGo Website regarding the referring URL, your IP address, which browser you used to come to the GoCakeGo Website, the country, state and telephone area code where your server is located, and the pages of the GoCakeGo Website that you viewed during your visit. (5) Party Online Service: If you are using our Party Online service o the GoCakeGo Website, then we will use the Personal Information provided to us in order to send invitations and reminders to the invited attendees. Such invitations and reminders will provide the honoree’s first and last name, birth date, the time of his or her Party Online as well as the first and last name of the party planner. In addition, depending on what option the party planner chooses, we will post each party attendee’s birthday wishes which all the invitees will be able to read. GoCakeGo is not responsible for any Personal Information disclosed by attendees in this manner. B. Disclosure of Personal Information. (1) General Rule. Except as otherwise stated in this Privacy Policy, we do not sell, trade or rent your Personal Information collected on the GoCakeGo Website to others. We will, however, disclose your Personal Information to our third party service providers. These third parties may not use your Personal Information other than to provide the services requested by us. For example, we will release your credit card number to confirm payment and release your name and mailing address information to the delivery service to deliver and track products that you ordered. With respect to Non Personal Information, we also share website usage information we gather from visitors to the GoCakeGo Website who have received a targeted promotional campaign with our third-party advertising service partner for the purpose of targeting future campaigns and upgrading visitor information used in reporting statistics. For this purpose, we and our third-party service partners may note some of the pages you visit on the GoCakeGo Website through the use of web beacons. In addition, we may provide aggregated statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns, and related GoCakeGo Website information to third parties. If we receive a request from a recipient asking who sent the cake we will provide the name and any other information as contained on the gift message accompanying the cake. If there is no gift message filled out or if there is no name on the gift message we may ask the sender via email. If we receive approval to disclose the sender's name from the sender via email or in writing, we will then inform the recipient. If the sender does not reply via email or in writing or if the sender denies permission, then we will not reveal the sender's identity to the recipient, except as otherwise permitted below. (3) Enforcement of Law and/or Terms of Use.
